Duties

- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, checking them in and out efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Monitor guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Conduct nightly audits of front desk operations, including verifying reservations and updating guest records.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and ensuring hotel policies are followed.




- Assist guests with requests or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest services and hospitality skills.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.

Experience

- Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for creating positive guest interactions.
- Knowledge of hotel procedures, guest services standards, and basic security protocols will set you up for success.
- Experience working during overnight shifts is advantageous but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is key!
