Chi’s Investment and Trading Corp. is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst to support and improve technology systems across our growing network of retail and restaurant businesses in New Brunswick.

- Location: Miramichi, New Brunswick, with occasional travel to other business locations within the province
- Salary: $30.00 per hour
- Hours: 32 hours per week
- Terms of Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and business requirements across more than 10 locations and recommend improvements to information systems and workflows.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain an internal web-based ERP application supporting inventory, sales, reporting, and operational processes.
- Analyze Clover business processes and data structures, and plan, test, and execute the migration of operational data and workflows to the internal ERP system.
- Design, implement, and monitor integrations between the internal ERP, POS systems, and Clover payment-processing platform.
- Collect and analyze inventory, customer, transaction, and sales data to develop reports supporting operational and business decisions.
- Assess system performance, availability, security, access controls, and backup requirements; identify risks and recommend improvements.
- Administer and maintain servers, networks, POS systems, workstations, and peripherals across more than 10 business locations.
- Maintain system documentation, deployment runbooks, migration and backup procedures, and evaluate appropriate IT products and vendor solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to branch employees and resolve complex application, integration, system,



and hardware issues.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in systems analysis, software development, ERP applications, or IT infrastructure
- Experience with web application development, databases, system integration, and data migration
- Knowledge of POS and payment-processing systems, such as Clover, is an asset
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to business locations when required
