You will manage daily routines, plan engaging activities aligned with EYFS, and support a harmonious environment. Your leadership will help shape both the nursery's practice and the children's early development. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all activities within the Baby Room
- Manage routines for feeding, sleeping, and hygiene
- Plan sensory experiences aligned with EYFS guidelines
- Track and monitor children's progress and milestones
- Guide and mentor staff in the nursery Requirements:
- Full Level 3 Early Years qualification required
- Leadership experience in nursery settings is essential
- Knowledge of EYFS practices for birth to two is crucial
- Experience with infants in a nursery is desirable
