Andrew Sheret Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Director of Finance and the Director of E-commerce and Property. This position will assist with property administration, tenant and leasing support, branch damage claims, insurance and legal documentation, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000 annually and wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to Director of Finance and Director of E-commerce and Property including correspondence, scheduling, document preparation, record-keeping, office coordination, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as required.
Property Administration:
- Assist with property administration, tenant communications, leasing support, documentation, records, and follow-up as needed.
- Maintain organized property, tenant, and lease records, including key dates and required follow-up.
- Work with finance and property team members to support property-related administration, record-keeping, reporting support, and other assigned tasks.
Finance Support:
- Assist with organizing and tracking branch-related matters, including collecting documentation, maintaining records, and supporting follow-up where required.
- Assist with collecting, organizing, and maintaining documentation related to insurance, legal, and other business matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative, office support, property administration, or similar role
- Post-secondary education in office administration, business administration, accounting, or a related field is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding items
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, internal teams, and external contacts
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience organizing documentation, maintaining records, and working with electronic filing systems
- Basic accounting or property administration experience is an asset
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- High degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
