Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Office Administrator/Receptionist/Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, producing high-quality signs for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong craftsmanship skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Design and create custom signs using various materials such as vinyl, wood, metal, and acrylic.
- Interpret client specifications and work with them to develop sign concepts that meet their needs.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure precise fit and finish.
- Apply graphics, lettering, and finishes to signs with attention to detail.
- Install signs at designated locations safely and securely, ensuring proper alignment and durability.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.




- Collaborate with team members on large projects and assist with troubleshooting production issues as needed.

Skills

- Proven experience in sign making or related craftwork is preferred.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW is a plus.
- Ability to operate sign-making machinery including vinyl cutters, printers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of materials used in sign fabrication and installation techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and client specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual design and craftsmanship who enjoys creating impactful signage solutions in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
