We are a family-owned and operated business in Calgary specializing in the direct import and distribution of premium restaurant equipment for the coffee, pasta, pizza, and gelato industries.

We are also an Italian coffee roaster, proudly serving a wide range of HO.RE.CA. (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) clients since 1979.

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on Operations Associate to join our team. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of our day-to-day business, from inventory and order fulfillment to coffee roasting and equipment support.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with preparing, processing, and delivering orders to retail and wholesale customers.
- Support daily coffee roasting operations.
- Assist our Head Technician with daily technical and operational requirements related to the equipment we sell and distribute.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse and work environment.
- Provide support to team members by responding quickly and effectively to day-to-day operational needs.
- Assist with various tasks and projects across the business as required.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in operations,



logistics, warehousing, customer service, or a related field.
- Technical or mechanical experience is an asset, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable taking initiative and helping wherever needed.

Requirements
- Valid driver's licence required; a driver's abstract may be requested.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
