ROLE SUMMARY The Operations Coordinator & Technician is responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day operations of Dogtra Canada. This is a hands-on position involving regular warehouse work, inventory handling, product inspection and repair, order fulfillment, customer and technical support, and administrative responsibilities.

The position requires daily travel between the Dogtra Canada office and our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse to transport parts, products, and other materials as required.

The role also serves as an operational point of contact between Dogtra Canada and our team in South Korea, requiring regular business-level communication in Korean and English by phone, email, and virtual meetings.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable balancing physical warehouse work, technical responsibilities, customer service, and administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Warehouse, Physical & 3PL Operations

- Perform hands-on warehouse duties, including receiving, moving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products and inventory
- Prepare and deliver parts, products, and other required materials to the 3PL warehouse on a daily basis
- Regularly travel between the Dogtra Canada office, 3PL warehouse, and other business locations as operationally required
- Receive, unload, inspect, sort, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
- Handle returned and defective products and determine appropriate handling, including restocking, repair, replacement, or defect classification
- Replenish supplies and maintain organized warehouse and inventory areas
- Maintain FIFO inventory practices
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and inventory assessments
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform other physical warehouse and inventory duties as required

Product Inspection, Technical Service & Repairs
- Receive and inspect returned, defective, and warranty products
- Troubleshoot Dogtra products and identify product or component issues
- Perform basic product repairs and replace parts or components as required
- Test products following inspection or repair to verify proper operation
- Determine whether products should be repaired, replaced, returned to inventory, or classified as defective
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs,



replacements, and warranty activity
- Provide basic product and technical support to customers

Inventory & Operational Administration
- Maintain accurate inventory, service, return, and transaction records in QuickBooks Online (QBO), spreadsheets, and other company systems
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare or submit restock requirements as needed
- Ensure inventory movements, returns, repairs, replacements, and adjustments are properly documented
- Monitor the overall health and accuracy of inventory and warehouse operations
- Prepare operational and inventory information as required

Process & SOP Management
- Assess existing operational procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Update existing SOPs as operational requirements and processes change
- Develop and document new SOPs when required
- Identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement
- Recommend improvements to warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, returns, warranty, and service procedures
- Help ensure operational procedures are properly documented and consistently followed

Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Process and fulfill B2B and B2C orders received through email, phone, Shopify, Amazon Canada, and dealer/vendor channels
- Monitor orders, inventory, returns, and fulfillment activities across applicable platforms and accounts
- Coordinate order fulfillment with the 3PL warehouse and other service providers
- Process returns and determine whether products should be restocked, repaired, replaced, or classified as defective
- Coordinate warranty services and provide customers with timely status updates
- Investigate and resolve order and fulfillment discrepancies

International Operations Coordination
- Coordinate inventory, product, and operational matters with Dogtra's South Korea office
- Communicate with the South Korea team regularly through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Coordinate inventory availability, replenishment, product issues, parts requirements, and other operational matters
- Communicate operational issues and updates between the Canadian and South Korean teams
- Maintain clear records and follow up on outstanding operational matters

Customer & Technical Support
- Provide timely customer and technical support by phone, email, and other company platforms
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and voicemails within established service standards
- Assist customers with product operation, troubleshooting, returns, repairs, and warranty inquiries
- Track the status of customer returns and warranty services




- Collect and communicate customer feedback and recurring product issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain professional and accurate customer service records

Other operational, technical, warehouse, and administrative duties may be assigned as required.

QUALIFICATIONS Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field and/or at least four years of relevant experience in operations, warehouse management, technical support, customer service, or a related field
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English, written and verbal, due to regular operational communication with Dogtra's South Korea office
- Experience with Shopify, QuickBooks Online, inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and/or e-commerce operations
- Ability and willingness to perform regular physical warehouse work
- Ability and willingness to travel locally between the office, 3PL warehouse, and other business locations as required
- Comfortable troubleshooting products and performing basic technical repairs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, EDI, and related business systems
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory, service, repair, and transaction records

Preferred:
- Experience with consumer electronics, technical products, warranty processing, troubleshooting, or product repair
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Experience developing, maintaining, or improving operational SOPs

WORKING HOURS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Regular working hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- This position involves a combination of warehouse, office, technical, and local transportation duties
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, packing, and moving inventory and packages are required
- Regular local travel is required as part of daily operational responsibilities
- Must be available to occasionally work beyond regular hours when operationally required, including during inventory counts, high-volume periods, or urgent operational situations
- Must be comfortable working independently and completing both physical and administrative responsibilities throughout the workday

Pay: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
