Position Summary: The Warehouse Operations Specialist supports day-to-day warehouse activities, executing core operational tasks such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. This role works closely with the Warehouse Team Lead to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient warehouse operations in accordance with company SOPs and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

●Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.

●Complete assigned daily tasks efficiently based on priorities and workload set by the Team Lead/Supervisor.

●Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate, safe, and effective completion of work.

●Support 5S implementation by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, and assisting with corrective actions from floor inspections.

●Coordinate with warehouse coordinators, carriers, and other departments to support timely order processing.

●Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory checks, and assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

●Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory movements, receiving, shipping, transfers, and order fulfillment.





●Follow safety procedures and customer-specific workflows in all operational activities.

●Assist with warehouse reorganizations, inventory transfers, customer onboarding, and operational improvement projects.

●Maintain accurate and complete operational documentation in compliance with company policies and warehouse standards.

Requirements

●Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.

●Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.

●Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.

●Willingness to work assigned shifts and adapt to changing operational needs.

●Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.

●Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors
