Role: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - O2C / R2R

Location: Remote (Canada)

Mode : Contract

Mandatory skills :-

5-9 Years GL, SLA, AR Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, period close, reconciliations and financial reporting; troubleshoot accounting issues and coordinate with technical team for data/integration problems

Role Summary :

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

The role involves supporting General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, financial close activities, reconciliations, and reporting, while ensuring smooth business operations and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion GL, SLA, AR Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
- Manage period-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Investigate and resolve accounting, transaction, and data-related issues.




- Analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Support end users through issue resolution, process guidance, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve data, interface, integration, and reporting issues.
- Participate in testing, defect validation, and deployment of system changes and enhancements.
- Maintain functional documentation and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly GL, SLA, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Good understanding of O2C and R2R business processes.
- Experience with period close, reconciliations, accounting controls, and financial reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional and accounting issues and collaborate with technical teams.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
