Take the lead in logistics with a high-growth cat CPG brand as an Outbound Operations Coordinator. Manage order fulfillment for B2B and DTC, ensuring smooth operations every day. Reporting to the Manager of Outbound Fulfillment, you will proactively handle the daily intricacies of order management.

Your responsibility is to ensure all orders are processed timely under stringent SLAs and address potential issues before they escalate. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders through Shopify, EDI, and other flows
- Keep daily order queues moving efficiently
- Maintain accuracy across all order systems
- Monitor and resolve SLA exceptions promptly
- Work with the warehouse on logistical concerns Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in outbound logistics or operations support
- Experience with order management and EDI systems
- Familiarity with ShipBob, Cin7, or similar software
