Grade 2 to Grade 5 students with a curriculum based in nature. The ideal candidate brings substantial outdoor teaching experience and a commitment to fostering attachment-based relationships. You will co-create engaging and enriching activities with a focus on ecological understanding.

Your role will help develop emotional safety and connect students deeply with their surroundings and peers. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement outdoor learning activities collaboratively
- Facilitate emotional and educational growth in students
- Work with a diverse team to plan daily programs
- Engage in ongoing EPIC community and professional development
- Support practicum students in their learning journey Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor educational leadership
