ABOUT ALBA PREMIUM PAINTING

We're a premium residential and commercial painting company serving Kamloops and the surrounding area. Clients hire us for the finish and the experience: clean sites, protected homes, clear communication and work done right the first time. We're growing, and we're looking for painters who take pride in their craft and want to build a career, not just clock hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Interior and exterior residential repaints: walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets
- Surface prep: patching, sanding, caulking, masking and protecting floors and furniture
- Brush, roll and spray application to a premium standard
- Keep job sites clean and respectful of clients' homes
- Work with your crew lead and communicate clearly on progress and issues

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of professional painting experience (residential preferred)

take on more responsibility and work toward crew lead or beyond.
- You take feedback well and use it to raise your standard
- Crisp cut lines and strong prep habits, and you know why prep matters
- Spray experience is an asset
- Reliable and on time, with a good attitude on site
- Comfortable on ladders and working at heights

WHAT WE OFFER
- $23–$32/hour, based on experience

– $23–$26: 2–4 years' experience – $27–$32: 5+ years, spray experience, able to run a small job independently

YOUR CAREER PATH WITH ALBA We run a structured progression programme with explicit steps from apprentice through painter, crew lead and into project roles. Each level has defined skills, standards and pay. For this role we're hiring painters with 2+ years' experience, so you'll start partway up the path and can work toward crew lead from day one.
