Duties

- Assist with surface preparation including sanding, scraping, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Mix paints, primers, and other materials accurately according to project specifications
- Handle hand tools and power tools safely to support painting and carpentry tasks
- Help with drywall installation, caulking, and minor carpentry work to prepare surfaces for painting
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure precise application of paint and finishes
- Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of debris and organizing tools and materials efficiently

Requirements





- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of drywall installation, restoration techniques, or industrial painting is a plus
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and rigging equipment
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines without compromising quality
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work at heights as needed
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in residential painting environments

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
