Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with confidence
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling tasks such as portioning, packaging, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients




- Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and minimize wait times

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices
- Experience using POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Robust cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations in the food industry
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
