About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Fulfillment & Shipping Assistant to help store and ship magazines to customers across Canada. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for a student, stay-at-home parent, retiree, or anyone looking for a easy side-income opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Store approximately 50-100 magazines in a clean, dry, smoke-free location.
- Receive order notifications via email or spreadsheet.
- Print shipping labels provided by the company.
- Package magazines securely using supplied packaging guidelines.
- Drop off shipments at Canada Post or arrange pickups when applicable.
- Update shipment status and share tracking information.
- Maintain an accurate count of inventory on hand.
- Notify the company when inventory is running low.

Requirements
- Based in Canada.
- Reliable internet connection and printer access.
- Ability to store one to two boxes of magazines safely.




- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them.
- Comfortable using email, Google Sheets, or simple online tools.
- Previous shipping, administrative, or e-commerce experience is a plus but not required.

CompensationOption 1: Per Shipment

- $2-$3 per completed shipment

Option 2: Monthly Retainer

- Fixed monthly fee plus per-shipment bonus
- Shipping and postage costs reimbursed by the company

Time Commitment
- Approximately 1-5 hours per week, depending on order volume.
