Job Summary

We are a warm and professional family seeking a dedicated, experienced, and proactive full-time household professional to join our family long-term. This is a hybrid role combining household upkeep, home management, and occasional childcare — ideal for someone who is highly organized, trustworthy, and genuinely loves supporting a family in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized living environment by implementing effective housekeeping routines and addressing maintenance issues promptly
- Oversee inventory management of household supplies and groceries, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Assist with meal prepping and childcare as needed
- Coordinate and manage household staff, including cleaner, babysitter, gardeners, and other service providers to ensure seamless daily operations
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers to facilitate repairs or upgrades within the residence
- Support special events,



gatherings or projects by coordinating logistics, running errands, and ensuring all aspects run smoothly

Qualifications

- Proven experience in household management or related roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with household members, staff, vendors, and contractors
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of household systems, appliances, and basic maintenance procedures
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work hours as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues quickly
- Valid driver’s license an asset (vehicle can be provided)
- Long-term mindset — looking for a secure, multi-year opportunity

Pay: From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
