Join our team as a Part-Time Ice Staff and become a vital part of maintaining a secure, clean, and welcoming environment for all curlers. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping, and maintaining the ice and surrounding area. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help deliver an exceptional experience for curlers.

When not on the ice, you will be required to assist behind the bar. This position is perfect for a student and no experience is necessary. Candidate must have Smart Serve or working towards completing.

Responsibilities

- Perform duties to keep curling ice, surrounding areas, and common spaces spotless and well-maintained
- Conduct routine cleaning of ice rink equipment, benches, and flooring to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, restrooms, and public areas through regular cleaning schedules




- Follow all safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests
- Serve customer at the bar
- Assist kitchen staff with delivery of food

Skills

- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness
- Open to learning new skills and operations
- Good physical stamina
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
