Duties

- Source candidates through various channels including HR sourcing tools, social media, cold calling, and research to build a robust talent pipeline
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday to track candidate progress and update records accurately
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Utilize HRIS platforms like SAP, ADP, or Kronos for employee data management and reporting




- Support employee relations initiatives by maintaining clear communication with candidates and new hires

Requirements

- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources roles with familiarity in sourcing techniques and interview processes
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions and employment terms
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring teams
- Experience using ATS systems such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday for applicant tracking and recruitment management
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms including SAP, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
- Ability to conduct research, cold call potential candidates, and generate leads for open positions
- Familiarity with sales principles and lead generation strategies to attract top talent effectively
