Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living and recreational activities
- Develop and maintain a safe living environment
- Evaluate and address emotional needs of residents
- Work collaboratively with healthcare and support teams
- Implement positive behavior support strategies Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in a related field
- 1-2 years’ experience working with similar populations
- Training in adaptive communication preferred
- Class 5 Driver's License with transparent driving record
