Part-Time Warehouse Manager – Home Staging

Location: Pickering, ONCompany: StyleBite StagingHours: 8–16 hours/week + additional hours when busySchedule: Mainly evenings/nights, with occasional mornings

StyleBite Staging is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to manage and maintain our staging warehouse and inventory.

This flexible part-time position may be ideal for someone already doing Uber, delivery, handyman, moving or other adaptable work.

Responsibilities

- Assemble and repair furniture.
- Furniture and chair-leg paint/touch-ups.
- Clean rugs, sofas, chairs and other upholstery.
- Inspect and maintain returned furniture and outdoor cushions.
- Organize furniture, artwork, accessories, bedding and cushions.
- Ensure artwork is properly bagged and protected.
- Maintain lamps, shades and rechargeable lamp cables.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Maintain overall warehouse cleanliness, including regularly cleaning and keeping the washroom tidy and stocked.




- Perform Stageforce inventory checks and reconciliation.
- Track missing items from staged properties.
- Clean/repair flagged inventory and update Stageforce.
- Keep tools and supplies organized and report items running low.
- Keep staging trucks clean, organized and stocked.
- Ensure the team properly wraps, packs and handles inventory.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
- Handy and comfortable fixing things.
- Experienced with furniture assembly.
- Comfortable using basic tools.
- Able to clean rugs and upholstery.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Available mainly evenings, with some morning flexibility.
- Able to work additional hours when needed.

The goal: Keep our warehouse and inventory clean, organized, maintained and always ready for the next staging job. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
