Audi Newmarket is looking for an experienced and highly organized Parts Advisor to join our team.As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play an important role in keeping our Parts and Service operations running smoothly. From assisting customers and technicians with the right parts to maintaining accurate inventory and supporting daily Parts Department operations, you’ll help deliver the level of service expected from the Audi brand.If you have automotive parts experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing Assist customers and internal dealership teams in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts.

Pick and deliver parts to technicians efficiently to help keep Service Department operations moving.

Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies to management.

Provide customers with accurate pricing, product information, and availability in person and over the phone.

Recommend related parts, accessories, and available specials based on customer needs.

Maintain accurate, organized, and well-stocked parts inventory.

Process returned or unused parts from the workshop and ensure items are properly returned to inventory.

Assist with inventory organization, stock management, and general Parts Department upkeep.

Pick up and deliver parts to customers or suppliers using a company vehicle when required.





Support the Parts Manager and team with additional responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the department.What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or in a similar dealership parts role.

Previous experience working within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership Parts Department operations.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
