We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dealership team! Responsibilities

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts and accessories through expert product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels using dealership systems, ensuring accurate stock records and timely reordering.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with accuracy.
- Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts orders promptly, supporting smooth maintenance and repair operations.
- Maintain organized shelving and storage areas, adhering to safety standards and inventory protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person,



demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers or recent products to enhance sales opportunities.

Experience

- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with heavy duty parts sales is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail sales processes, and cash handling procedures.
- Solution focused team member with a positive attitude who approaches daily challenges with optimism.
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software or similar inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock management.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and negotiation abilities to build customer relationships.
- Experience in marketing or sales management can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $17.19-$29.46 per hour
