Komcan Inc is the authorized Komori dealer for Canada. We sell leading edge Printing presses and provide service and parts. This challenging position can be fast pace, multi-tasking and is full of variety.

Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a versatile individual to join our team!

This position is handling all tasks from handling customer calls, taking orders, receiving, and sending out orders & managing inventory on hand.

Responsibilities

- Representative between the company and customer for providing guidance in obtaining parts.
- Providing support as needed to the service team in expediting, obtaining and tracking parts.
- Sourcing parts, and/or services, obtaining quotes and negotiating the best value.
- Sourcing parts can involve looking in a press manual for part numbers and/or drawings.
- Manage all inventory from organizing products in the stock room, product signage and labelling, recording the receipt of goods, periodic inventory count.
- Responsible to keep warehouse clean and organized.




- Reviews and manages inventory stock for consumables with define delivery times
- Shipping parts
- Pricing of parts and services
- Organizing necessary border crossing documents.
- Assists in creating company best company procedures and standards.
- Oversee Health & Safety requirements and good practices.

Qualifications:

· Min of 2 years related experience

· Must have strong analytical, negotiating and decision-making skills.

· Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset

· Knowledge of customs handling an asset.

· Purchasing background an asset

· Intermediate level Microsoft office tool skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Able to work with little supervision.

· Detail oriented

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

· Knowledge in Acumatica is a benefit

· Works well in small office setting.

· Clean Driving license record

· Fork lift training is an asset

· Strong Customer service skills

· Knowledge of the Printing Industry is a strong asset
