We are seeking an energetic and visionary Pastor of Next Gen Ministries and Worship to lead and inspire the next generation of faith communities. This vital role combines passionate worship leadership with innovative youth and young adult ministry, fostering spiritual growth, community engagement, and vibrant worship experiences. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging worship services that resonate with young people while aligning with the church’s overall vision.
- Lead, mentor, and equip volunteers and ministry leaders to foster a thriving Next Gen community.
- Design and execute age-appropriate teaching series, Bible studies, retreats, and events that promote spiritual growth.
- Foster relationships with youth and young adults through personal outreach, small groups, and mentorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with other pastoral staff to integrate worship and youth programming into the broader church mission.
- Utilize effective public speaking and presentation skills to communicate biblical truths clearly and compellingly.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of worship teams, ensuring high-quality musical and multimedia presentations.
- Maintain strong communication channels with parents,



guardians, and church members to support ongoing spiritual development.

Experience

- Proven leadership experience in youth or young adult ministries within a faith-based organization or church setting.
- Demonstrated ability to teach biblical principles clearly through engaging sermons, workshops, or classroom settings.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to inspire diverse audiences of all ages.
- Experience in planning worship services that incorporate music, multimedia, and creative elements.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships within the congregation and community.
- Background in teaching or education that supports effective curriculum development for various age groups.
- Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus for providing compassionate support during sensitive situations.
