Chérubin Pâtisserie is a new independent French pâtisserie opening in Toronto in November 2026.

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Cook to join our opening production team.

We are specifically looking for candidates with professional pastry training and experience working with French pâtisserie techniques and products.

Responsibilities

- Daily production of French pastries and desserts
- Preparation of creams, mousses, fillings, doughs and other pastry components
- Assembly, finishing and decoration of individual pastries and larger desserts
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance and portioning
- Organize mise en place and production efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the wider production team when required

What we are looking for

- Professional pastry training
- Previous qualified experience in French pâtisserie




- Strong technical foundations and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with classic and modern French pastry
- Reliable, organized and able to work efficiently in a production environment
- Experience with viennoiserie and/or chocolate is an asset
- Ability to work in Canada legally

Chérubin is a new business, so we are looking for people who want to contribute to the development of the production team from the beginning and grow with the company.

Expected opening: November 2026

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
