Mackenzie Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative (Patient Scheduling MRI CT) to coordinate scheduling and registration, transcribe physician orders, verify coverage, and deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and online platforms.
Upon training, you will support MyChart sign-up and self-scheduling workflows, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry in the EMR. A hybrid in-office/work from home arrangement is available.
