Dayforce is seeking an experienced Payroll Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through UAT, parallel payroll testing and readiness activities, ensuring a smooth transition into Managed Services. You will coordinate cross-functional activities with Payroll, HR, Perks and Technology teams to align on requirements and timelines.

You will own testing scenarios, review results, communicate outcomes to customers and internal teams, troubleshoot discrepancies, and advocate standard processes.
