The Opportunity The People Experience Representative serves as a welcoming first point of contact for our teams, customers, suppliers and guests, creating a positive, people-first impression through professional interactions, clear communications and seamless administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a welcoming reception experience, greeting visitors, managing sign-in and directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate people.
- Prepare and distribute internal and select external communications, including newsletters, announcements and company updates, aligned with our culture and values.




- Maintain current information across bulletin boards, digital communication channels and employee resources.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews and onboarding activities, including scheduling, materials and room preparation.
- Support employee events, recognition and engagement initiatives that strengthen connection and workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Performance team, maintaining accurate documentation, organised records and confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A warm, approachable manner and a strong service mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- The ability to stay organised, manage priorities and respond to changing needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Initiative, a collaborative approach and an enthusiasm for supporting people and workplace culture.
