About the Role

KOMP is looking for a People Operations Manager to strengthen employee lifecycle processes and build scalable HR operations across a growing global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding, transfers, changes, and offboarding processes.
- Improve HR workflows and employee lifecycle operations.
- Maintain accurate workforce records and HR documentation.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Compliance, and business teams.
- Support benefits, policies, workforce administration, and employee queries.
- Establish consistent HR processes across teams and locations.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR workflows.




- Track operational metrics and improve employee-service delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with HRIS and workforce-management platforms.
- Experience supporting distributed or international workforces preferred.
- Strong process-management and organizational skills.
