HOMEBRIDGE CARE SERVICES INC. is Hiring: Personal Care Assistance (PCA)

Home Care Services Inc. is looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals who need support in their homes.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Prepare nutritious meals according to client dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed
- Assist with mobility and transfers using safe techniques
- Document care provided and report changes in client condition
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

- PCA certificate from an accredited institution (or willing to obtain or equivalent)




- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation
- Robust communication skills in English (additional languages an asset)
- Compassionate, patient, and skilled demeanour
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
