Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

- Provide patient care by monitoring health status, reporting changes, and supporting medication administration as needed.

- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding to promote proper nutrition and hydration.

- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning client spaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

- Help with mobility to ensure clients’ safety during transfers or repositioning

- Offer companionship and emotional support.





- Follow care plans accurately and document all care provided in compliance with facility or agency protocols.

Skills

- Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is preferred.

- Strong understanding of patient care practices, including medication administration and dementia care

- Experience working with seniors is an advantage.

- Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening abilities.

- Ability to perform lifting safely and efficiently when assisting clients with mobility needs.

- Effective communication skills to coordinate with healthcare teams and family members.
