Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Hamilton, Burlington & Niagara Region

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and qualified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors and individuals throughout Hamilton.

If you drive you can also potentially cover Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Dundas, Binbrook and Niagara Region.

The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, and committed to helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes. Flexible part-time, full-time, and casual opportunities are available. PSWs will work closely with clients and their families while following individualized care plans and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship, social support, and emotional encouragement.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household support tasks.
- Provide medication reminders and observe/report changes in a client's condition.
- Support clients with daily routines, appointments, errands, and other activities as outlined in their care plan.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
