In this vital role, you will provide personalized care to promote independence, comfort, and well-being with the ability to Age in Place. This is a Subcontract position that offers flexibility in the amount of hours you work

Duties

- Client assistance and support

- Superviseclients with medication administration following prescribed instructions and safety protocols

- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being

- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety for clients and yourself

- Support clients with specialized care needs such as dementia or other cognitive impairments

- Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes or concerns to supervising staff

Requirements





- Previous experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is highly desirable

- Demonstrated experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care

- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication ability

- Valid certification in caregiving or personal support work (if applicable) or willingness to obtain required credentials
