Wise Pest Solutions is looking for a reliable, hardworking Pest Management and Wildlife Removal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with humane wildlife removal, inspections, exclusion work, cleanup, and property repairs for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

- Assist technicians with raccoon, squirrel, skunk, bird, other wildlife removal and with Pest Management Activities
- Inspect buildings for wildlife entry points and signs of activity
- Assist with installation of exclusion barriers, screening, vents, traps and repairs
- Help with attic, garage, crawl-space, and exterior cleanup
- Assist with sanitizing and deodorizing affected areas
- Set up and maintain equipment, traps, ladders, and materials
- Follow company safety procedures and humane wildlife-handling practices
- Communicate professionally with customers while working at their properties
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
- Complete service documentation and photographs when required

Qualifications

- Previous pest control, wildlife removal, construction, roofing, or handyman experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in attics,



crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined areas
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and materials
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Valid Ontario driver's licence is preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow wildlife-handling and safety procedures
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
