Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards
- Provide expert consultation to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and review patient medication plans, especially in hospital or acute care environments
- Maintain detailed records of medication dispensed, patient interactions, and inventory management
- Monitor patient responses to medications and report adverse reactions or concerns promptly
- Educate patients on proper medication administration, storage,



and adherence strategies
- Stay current with medical terminology, pharmaceutical advancements, and regulatory requirements to uphold best practices in patient care

Requirements

- Valid pharmacist licensure in the relevant jurisdiction with active registration
- Proven experience working in hospital or acute care settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and pharmacy laws
- Experience caring for pediatric patients is a valuable asset
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care with a focus on safety and accuracy
