This is a full-time role supporting both the pharmacy and front store, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and helping with the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with prescription drop-offs and pickups.
- Accurately input prescription information into the system.
- Create and maintain client profiles for comprehensive care.




- Support pharmacists in dispensing and labelling prescriptions.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Process various forms of payment and maintain accurate cash counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Keep the pharmacy and front store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the pharmacy and front store team with other day-to-day tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous pharmacy assistant, cashier, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Friendly and professional approach to customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between pharmacy and cashier duties.

Compensation

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
