We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compounding Pharmacy Manager to lead our Pharmacy team. Located in Downtown Toronto, the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing customized medications through compounding, ensuring precise formulation and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to provide personalized patient care in a collaborative clinical workplace, contributing significantly to patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Duties

- Direct, Lead and Supervise Pharmacy Team to ensure accurate dispensing of compounding medication.
- Prepare compounded medications tailored to individual patient needs following prescribed formulas and safety protocols
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness before compounding
- Ensure all medications are prepared in accordance with regulatory standards and quality control procedures
- Educate patients on medication usage, storage, and potential side effects of compounded drugs




- Manage inventory of compounding supplies and ensure proper storage conditions are maintained
- Adhere to all safety guidelines related to handling hazardous substances and sterile compounding techniques

Requirements

- Valid pharmacist license in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Experience with Compounding
- Pharmacy Manager in a Compounding Setting Preferred
- Knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compounding techniques is preferred

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
