Full-Time Physiotherapist – Red Deer, Alberta

Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Red Deer, Alberta.

Our Red Deer clinic has an established patient base, strong community referral relationships, and consistent demand for physiotherapy services. This position offers the opportunity to step into an active caseload while working alongside an experienced and collaborative clinical team.

We welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced physiotherapists. Structured mentorship is available, along with opportunities to develop specific clinical interests and grow your practice over time.

Relocation and signing support may be available for eligible candidates.

The Role

As a Physiotherapist at Stride, you will:

- Complete physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-informed care incorporating therapeutic exercise, education, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment approaches
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Participate in clinical discussions, mentorship, and professional development
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment

Qualifications

Applicants must

- Be registered or eligible for registration with Physiotherapy Alberta
- Demonstrate a patient-centred and evidence-informed approach to care
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Value teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Be committed to continued professional learning and development

Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness was founded in Red Deer in 2018. Since then, we have grown into a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team serving Red Deer, Blackfalds, and surrounding Central Alberta communities.
