We are looking for a fast, reliable, and skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Morning shifts only 7.30pm -3.30pm .

Responsibilities

- High-volume daily prep while maintaining speed, consistency and quality
- Meat & seafood butchery: trimming, portioning, fabrication and proper storage
- Strong knife skills with accurate, consistent cuts
- Follow recipes, prep lists and portion specifications accurately
- Prepare sauces, stocks, marinades, vegetables and other mise en place
- Proper labeling, dating, storage and rotation of products
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workstation
- Minimize waste through proper trimming and product utilization
- Assist the line and other kitchen stations when needed

What We're Looking For

- Professional kitchen experience
- Excellent knife skills
- Experience with meat and seafood butchery
- Very quick and efficient while maintaining quality
- Strong ability to follow recipes and direction
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
