Brenco Industries, located in the Nordel Business Park in North Delta, is a leading provider of high-quality metal cutting, bending, and fabrication services. We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in metalwork or manufacturing environment is required.
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator, with a strong understanding of press brake operations and CNC machines.
- Forklift and crane operation experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Willingness to learn; training on equipment and safety protocols will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively with a team.
- Good attendance and reliability are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret shop drawings and verbal instructions.
- Set up and operate press brakes (3'-0" to 24'-0" length, 40-1000 tons capacity) and/or plate rolls (5’0” to 10’0” length).
- Select appropriate punch/die combinations, program machines, and sequence bends.
- Inspect products for accuracy in shape, dimensions, and specifications.




- Measure finished parts using tape measures and calipers.
- Operate cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, performing basic maintenance as needed.

Experience:
- Press brake machine: 5 years (required)

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
