About the Role

Rush Graphics Ltd., a print shop located in downtown Vancouver, is looking for a hands-on team member to support our finishing and mailing operations. You'll work with production equipment, prepare completed print jobs, and occasionally deliver orders to customers across the Lower Mainland.

What You'll Do

- Set up and run bindery and mailing equipment to finish print jobs (cutting, folding, binding, inserting)
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before they leave the shop
- Package completed orders and coordinate handoffs with the rest of the production team
- Make occasional deliveries of paper goods and finished orders within the Lower Mainland
- Pitch in on other production tasks as shop volume requires

What We're Looking For

- A valid BC driver's licence (required for deliveries)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel




- A careful eye for detail — precision matters in everything we produce
- Physical capability to lift and move items of 50 lbs or more safely
- Someone who communicates well with teammates but can also manage their own workload without close supervision
- Prior experience in a print shop or production environment is an asset, not a requirement
