In this dynamic role, you will combine hands-on device repair with consultative sales to match customers with the perfect mobility solutions—whether that means repairing their current device, upgrading to a Certified Pre-Owned phone, or setting up a new wireless plan.

What You’ll Do

- Device Repair & Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair smartphones and tablets (iPhone, Samsung, Google) to rigorous standards.
- Consultative Sales: Introduce customers to our full range of products, including wireless plans (TELUS & Koodo), Certified Pre-Owned devices, accessories, and protection plans.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers, explain repair options, pricing, and timelines in plain language, and keep them updated via phone and messaging.
- Store Operations: Process trade-ins, handle data transfers, maintain accurate repair records, keep the store organized, and consistently meet personal and team sales targets.

What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Earn $18–$21/hour base pay (commensurate with experience) plus uncapped commission, with an on-target annual earning potential of $50,000–$65,000,
- Guaranteed Hours: Minimum of 32 hours per week for full-time team members.

Schedule & Location
- Hours: Stores operate 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 7 days a week. Flexible availability is required, including evenings and weekends.
- Mobility: You will work across our Mississauga locations as needed, so reliable transportation within the area is required.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or sales experience (mobile or tech retail is a strong asset).
- A genuine interest in technology and hands-on repair (we will train the right candidate).
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues and plan options into simple choices for customers.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
