- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field,



or equivalent education and/or experience deemed acceptable

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT/software product management, or equivalent relevant experience as a Product Owner

- Experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner or ServiceNow Product Manager

- Hands-on experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices

- Understanding of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies in a delivery transformation context

- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

- French speaking is mandatory
