Alpha Hub is building an AI-powered platform for private capital markets from the ground up. We're still early enough that major product strategy, platform workflow, and prioritization decisions haven't been locked in yet.

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who wants to help build, not just contribute.

Role overview

You will own the definition and evolution of Alpha Hub's core SaaS platform. Working closely with research, design, engineering, and leadership, you will translate user needs and business goals into exact requirements that reduce ambiguity and enable faster, more consistent delivery.

What you will do

- Own product definition, priorities, workflows, and expected outcomes for Alpha Hub's core platform.
- Create build-ready PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end requirements.
- Translate complex private-capital workflows into modular, scalable product components.
- Partner with engineering to resolve edge cases, assess feasibility, and support delivery.
- Define feature success measures and use data and feedback to guide iteration.

What you bring

- Five or more years of product management experience with SaaS or platform products.
- Strong experience writing technical requirements and partnering closely with engineering teams.
- Ability to define user flows, system behavior, APIs, data structures, and failure scenarios.
- Exceptional written communication, analytical thinking,



and attention to detail.

Helpful but not required

- Experience in fintech, private-capital markets, investment platforms, or financial workflows.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, APIs, and AI or machine-learning product features.

Why we are building this

We've spent years around founders, investors, operators, and capital markets. We saw talented companies struggle to raise capital, investors struggle to evaluate opportunities, and critical processes still being managed through disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and email chains. In a nutshell, this industry loves investing in tech but is itself majorly in need of an upgrade.

We're building Alpha Hub because we believe private capital deserves better infrastructure, a real end-to-end platform that doesn't exist yet in this highly fragmented landscape. More importantly, we enjoy building ambitious things with smart people and tackling problems that don't have obvious answers.

We're more interested in builders than checkbox matches.

Compensation

This role begins as an equity-based position while we complete our current fundraising process.

We understand that's not a conventional arrangement, and it won't be the right fit for everyone. We're looking for people who value ownership, impact, and the opportunity to help shape a company from an early stage.
