? Product Marketing Manager – Ventilation | Remote Canada

Zehnder Group North America is looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager – Ventilation to help shape how we bring innovative indoor climate solutions to the Canadian and US markets.

? Salary: $105,000–$115,000 CAD + 10% annual bonus

? Remote – Ontario, Canada (London, ON office location). Regular travel between US & Canada.

Why This Role?

This isn't a traditional "create campaigns and hand them off" marketing role.

You'll own product messaging, content, launches, sales enablement, and customer education for our ventilation portfolio—working directly with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, PMO/NPI, and other marketing specialists.

You'll have the opportunity to take complex ventilation technology and turn it into messaging and tools that help customers understand, specify, purchase, install, use, and advocate for our solutions.

What You'll Own

? Product Positioning & Messaging

- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and customer narratives.
- Translate technical features and system performance into clear customer benefits.
- Tailor messaging for homeowners, builders, architects, engineers, contractors, distributors, representatives, and sales teams.

? Product Launches & Lifecycle Marketing

- Lead customer-facing communications for new product launches, enhancements, transitions, and rebranding.
- Develop launch messaging,



presentations, training content, web content, FAQs, and sales/channel materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners from concept through delivery.

? Sales Enablement & Channel Marketing

- Develop sales presentations, competitive tools, objection-handling resources, application stories, and customer conversation guides.
- Create training and marketing materials for sales teams, representatives, distributors, contractors, and channel partners.
- Partner closely with Business Development and Sales to turn commercial priorities into practical tools.

? Technical Marketing & Customer Education

- Work with Engineering and Product Management to develop credible technical content.
- Create application-focused resources covering system selection, performance, installation, controls, maintenance, and relevant requirements.
- Support webinars, articles, white papers, continuing education, and customer stories.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings:

- 8+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, technical marketing, marketing communications, content development, or a related B2B marketing discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field.




- Experience marketing complex or technical products.
- Strong product positioning, messaging, storytelling, and content-development capabilities.
- Experience leading product launches and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience in B2B industrial, HVAC, building products, technical manufacturing, engineered systems, or construction products is highly valued.
- Valid passport and ability and willingness to travel regularly between the U.S. and Canada.
