Role Description• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.

- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and build products from the ground up.
- Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations into clear product requirements and detailed PRDs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver features and product enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and business outcomes.




- Understand and advocate for customers in product and process decisions.
- Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to inform product strategy, prioritization, and go-to-market decisions.
- Own the product development lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify technical dependencies, manage risks, and resolve blockers.
- Monitor product performance and use insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the identification, triage, and prioritization of production issues in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
- Communicate product updates, decisions, and priorities clearly across teams and time zones.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, customer care, finance, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to product experiments and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer engagement, adoption, and business performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, with experience managing multiple product development cycles.
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to build and launch a product from scratch.
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature development.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, customer research, prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience writing clear product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software development processes, APIs, and technical dependencies.
- Experience using data, analytics, and customer insights to make product decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems independently, and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is an asset. Equivalent experience working with technical teams will also be considered.
- A genuine interest in building products, learning new technologies, and solving complex customer and business problems
