Reporting to our Operations Manager and/or working directly with our Team Leads, the ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process to ensure they meet the quality standards of our Refrigeration Factory.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble refrigeration products and components according to established work instructions and production standards.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure products are assembled correctly and efficiently.
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Identify and report quality issues, damaged components,



or other concerns to a Team Lead or supervisor.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
- Ensure the appropriate parts and materials are available for your workstation.
- Work collaboratively with Team Leads and other production team members to maintain an efficient production flow.
- Meet established quality and production expectations.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail to follow directions thoroughly.
- Able to work from verbal and/or written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a positive team environment.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
