We are currently hiring Production Mixing Operators for our morning shift.

What You'll Do

As a Production Mixing Operator, you'll play an important role in producing quality products while ensuring our equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include

- Operate, monitor, and production and mixing equipment to ensure precise blending of raw materials according to production specifications
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials (receiving & shipping)
- Set up, change over, and reassemble production equipment.
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met.
- Weighing raw materials and adding ingredients to the blender
- No allergies to dust, dairy and powder. Please note this can be a dusty environment.
- Follow all production procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety requirements.
- Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment.
- Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Managing & Organizing all raw material powders in warehouse





Qualifications We're looking for individuals who:

- Have some mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work.
- Are reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail with the capacity to follow precise instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate equipment safely throughout shifts.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Possess math skills (an asset).
- Have previous food manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).

Shift Schedule We are currently hiring for all shifts:

- Morning: 9:00AM – 4:30 PM
