At the Foothills School Division (FSD) we are seeking a temporary, part time Program Manager for the Mental Health Capacity Building (MHCB) initiativeto join our team.

Our Division & Communities

Foothills School Division (FSD) serves the learning needs of approximately 8000 students from preschool to grade 12. We operate 22 public schools, an online digital school, an alternative campus, and three colony schools. These are located in the towns of Okotoks, High River, and Diamond Valley, and the communities of Blackie, Cayley, Heritage Heights, Red Deer Lake, Longview, Millarville and Foothills County.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Inclusive Learning & Student Well-Being, this temporary position supports the daily administration of the MHCB program through meeting coordination and attendance, service plan tracking, reporting,



inventory management, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will help maintain efficient program operations and support the delivery of mental health promotion services across the division.

We have up to 20 hours per week available and can be flexible with the schedule for the right candidate.

Qualifications & Work Experience To prepare for this role, you will bring a combination of relevant education and experience in administration, program coordination, education, health, or human services. You are highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and skilled at coordinating meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting a variety of stakeholders. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and an interest in supporting student mental health and wellness will help you thrive in this temporary assignment.
