We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager with robust experience in aerospace manufacturing, MES, PLM, and ERP to lead complex, multi-disciplinary manufacturing transformation and technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex aerospace manufacturing transformation and technology programs.
- Define program vision, objectives, scope, roadmaps, milestones, governance, resources, and success criteria.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, finance, IT, and operations.
- Develop and maintain integrated plans covering business processes, technology, data, infrastructure, testing, deployment, and organizational readiness.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues,



and change requests.
- Establish steering committees, executive reporting, governance structures, and decision-making forums.
- Ensure program delivery aligns with strategic business and manufacturing objectives.
- Drive integration across MES, PLM, ERP, and enterprise technology ecosystems.

- Required Experience

- 15–30 years of overall professional experience.
- Extensive Program Management experience in complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on understanding of MES, PLM, and ERP ecosystems.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and complex technology programs.
